ABOUT WILLIE DUGGAN LIGHTING

The former Irish International and Lions rugby player Willie Duggan is Managing Director of Willie Duggan Lighting Ltd. This family run company established in 1935 is now in its third generation. Initially, the core business was electrical contracting but requests for a quality lighting service led to a decision, taken in the early eighties, to concentrate solely on lighting. We are now regarded as one of Ireland's leading lighting specialists.

A professional, artistic understanding of light and continuous study of new technologies means the company has grown year on year. Today we offer our clients a professional lighting design service, one of Europe’s finest showrooms, a catalogue full of exclusive lighting products for both the residential and commercial markets and an online shop where a selection of our ranges are available to buy at the click of a button.

We are enthusiastic about lighting, evident in both the quality of our service and the attention to detail given to each of our projects. We have built our reputation on repeat business. Please view our extensive catalogue of project images, where our work can speak for our ethos.
"Our refurbishment committee engaged the services of Willie Duggan Lighting Ltd and W.Two Design Lighting Consultants to design a new lighting system for our parish church, St Kevin’s. The refurbishment of St Kevin’s was a very ambitious project as we sought to bring a complete new look to the interior of the church and provide our community with a church that would be prayerful, peaceful and create a very special spiritual space. This ‘new look’ included the complete redesign of the Sanctuary area with internationally renowned artist Rick Lewis commissioned to design the artwork. We knew that the success of our work would greatly depend on getting the church lighting right. W.Two Design Lighting Consultants totally embraced the spirit of our project and they provided us a with technically efficient design that enhanced the beauty of our parish church"
